Does the free trial require a credit card?

No. 14 days free without a card. Afterwards you can choose a plan or continue with Free.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade immediately, downgrade from the next renewal. No penalty.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices are VAT excluded. Swiss VAT (8.1%) will be added to invoices.

Is data hosted in Switzerland?

Yes. Hosted on infrastructure in Zurich, nFADP compliant.

What does the Pro plan include for extra users?

The Pro plan includes 1 base user. Each additional user costs CHF 25/month.

How do user seats work in the Business plan?

Business includes 10 users. If your team grows beyond 10, you can add individual seats at CHF 15/month each directly from the Team page, without changing your plan.

How many collaborators can I have in the Fiduciary plan?

The Fiduciary plan includes 10 internal collaborators (owner + office staff). Beyond 10, each extra collaborator costs CHF 15/month. Client viewers (the accounting firm's clients) do not count and are unlimited.

What are "client viewers" in the Fiduciary plan?

Each client (mandant) of the fiduciary firm can have one or more read-only users who access only their own company data. These viewers do not count toward collaborator seats and have no extra cost.
