SwissWork is the all-in-one business management platform designed for Swiss SMEs who want to invoice, do accounting, manage employees and customers — without paying for five different software products.

Our story

SwissWork was born from the frustration of our founder, an entrepreneur active in Ticino, tired of spending hundreds of francs every month on expensive, slow and complex business software — and still ending up with company data scattered across half a dozen different platforms: one for invoicing, one for accounting, one for employees, one for customers, an Excel sheet for expenses.

From that frustration came a simple idea: a single work environment, compliant with Swiss regulations, with honest pricing and an interface anyone can understand on first login. No training course, no consultant, no paid modules for basic features.

We built SwissWork around one central principle: entrepreneurs should be able to run their business from their phone while standing in line at the supermarket, not from a menu-packed screen that requires a manual to understand.

What we offer

  • Complete Swiss invoicing: native QR-bill, multilingual invoices, reminder management, customer portal with shareable link, ZUGFeRD export for international partners.
  • Integrated accounting: Swiss chart of accounts, VAT declaration, balance sheet and income statement, bank reconciliation, fiscal years, automatic journal entries.
  • AI for receipts and incoming invoices: you photograph a receipt with your phone, the AI extracts data, categorises and records it. Works in Italian, German and French.
  • Swiss HR and payslips: employee management, AHV/ALV/BVG calculation, 2026 coordination deduction, generation of payslips compliant with Swiss labour law.
  • Customer and contact CRM: unified address book, opportunity pipeline, invoice history per customer, deadline management and automatic reminders.
  • Trustee mode: manage up to 50 mandates from a single dashboard, with white-label and granular roles for accounting collaborators.

Why "Made in Switzerland" matters

Building business software for Swiss SMEs means understanding details that escape international products: the QR-bill requirement since 2022, the quarterly or half-yearly VAT declaration with its specific codes, the federal labour law for wages and payslips, the cantonal and municipal taxes that vary from municipality to municipality, the ten-year retention of accounting documents required by Code of Obligations art. 958f.

SwissWork is designed and developed in Switzerland, with data hosted in Switzerland (primary database in Zurich). Compliant with FADP/nFADP and GDPR, without forced adaptations designed for other markets.

SwissWork is developed and operated by DCS Consulting Sagl, a Ticinese company based in Mendrisio, active in technology consulting and digital services for businesses. We operate in Switzerland, we know the Swiss market, we understand the daily needs of a Swiss entrepreneur.
